Upon placing your order, an acknowledgment will be sent to you via email. Please examine it carefully. Please verify the billing, shipping address, plant type, quantities and ship/collection date. Please advise us of any discrepancies.
The minimum order is one tray per variety. Quarts come in flats of 15 plants and gallons are in flats of 6.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include patent fees where applicable.
We accept cash or check upon collection or delivery. Terms can be arranged once a relationship has been created.
We are a wholesale supplier to trade customers only. Plants must be paid for upon/prior to collection/shipping unless previously arranged. Businesses with established credit have terms of thirty (30) days. Past due accounts will be charged 2% per month and all advance orders may be cancelled.
All claims must be made by via email within 5 days of receiving plants.
You are most welcome to pickup/collect your plants. We must be notified of your intention to pick up at least 24 hours in advance so that the order can be collated and ready for your arrival.
Shipping is charged at cost. Quotes will be provided and are valid for 15 days. Shipping and packaging are billed to the purchaser.
Visitations are welcome and recommended, but advanced notice is appreciated.
